TSG Consultants is a private group that takes on complex problems in land, utilities, and public approvals.
How the Group Came Together
TSG was formed by principals whose careers run the full length of the development process, from the planning commission to the permit desk to the finished site. Each came to the same conclusion from a different seat. Most problems that stall are not technical problems. They were never put in front of the right person, in the right form, at the right time.

The Public Side
More than two decades of planning experience, including senior municipal planning roles, land use administration, and state level disaster housing and mitigation strategy. Its people have reviewed plans for code consistency, presented to boards for citizens, and taught land use at the graduate level.

The Built Side
Led by a Florida Certified General, Plumbing, and Underground Utility Contractor with more than twenty-five years in general contracting, geotechnical construction, and underground infrastructure, including oversight of over one million linear feet of pipeline rehabilitation.

The Utilities Side
Twenty-five years of pipeline condition assessment, including programs built for utilities and agencies and work with more than five hundred agencies and contractors on inspection protocols, equipment, and software across potable water, stormwater, and sewer, from inspection to rehabilitation.
